QnA
What do I do if I can't hear any sound?
There are a few ways to do some basic trouble shooting.
- view the system task tray to see if you see this icon
, this icon will indicate if it is actually set to mute.
If your sound is muted, you will need to enable it by right clicking on the muted icon
By right clicking the muted icon it will bring up the hidden menu and you can select from the two options
- Open Volume Control
- Adjust Audio Properties
Open Volume Control
Adjust Audio Properties
Where you see mute, please uncheck them and see if that helps.
If that does not help please check to see if the volume slider bar is not off.
If the sound is on and you cant figure out whats up with the sound, your sound card could be faulty and i would speak to the manifacture/dealer of the card who sold you it.
