Is PeerGuardian enabled and HTTP option blocked? If so then proceed to Step one I
f you do not know if PeerGuardian is enabled and HTTP is blocked then check out the image below.Inside the red area in the image below is what PeerGuardian should look like and the IP numbers maybe different from time to time.
Step One
Hold down your [windows key + R] to use the run command shortcut or go to your start menu and click on run.
Once you use the short cut or use the run button in the start menu the run command will popup.
After you type in "cmd" with out the quotes in the in the command line and click on OK button and the CMD.exe program will open.
Step Two
This is the CMD.exe and it can do ms-dos commands and ping website and IP addresses.
Step Three
Once you are in the CMD.exe you need to type in the first line. Type "ping" and a space then type in the website address or an IP address and hit the enter key on your keyboard.
Step Four
If you entered the website address and/or IP address you will get this message:
Ping statsitics for 68.163.75.10
Packets: sent = 4, received = 0, lost = 4 <100% loss>
As seen in the picture bellow in red
If you get this then that is a good sign that PeerGuardian is blocking that website address and/or IP address.
This image above is the CMD.exe showing the website you pinged is being blocked.
This image above is the CMD.exe showing the IP address you pinged is being blocked.

Step Five
Once you see that the destinations were being blocked, you can check PeerGuardian's protection page to see if anything is actually being blocked.
If PeerGuardian shows a block here with /tommorrow in its Range then that is a good sign that PeerGuardian is blocking bad IP ranges.
